How well do newspapers perform their function as a watchdog or 4^th branch of government?

Group Exercise

You are the editors and reporters at the Press of Atlantic city.

You will meet to decide which stories will appear in which parts of the paper.

What is your criteria?

What questions would you ask about each story?
