Blackboard Course Shell Request Form

All faculty will receive a copy of the Blackboard Ultra Course Template for the upcoming semester. If a faculty member has not yet taught the course in Blackboard Ultra and there is a department standard course for the course they are assigned to teach, we will automatically provide them with a copy of the department standard course. Faculty are not required to submit the Blackboard Course Shell Request Form unless they are requesting a new copy of a department standard course or another faculty member's course (with their permission).

Blackboard course shell requests must be submitted minimally two weeks prior to the start of the semester.
