Blackboard Course Shell Request Form

This form is intended for faculty to request a Blackboard course shell for online, web enhanced, and hybrid courses. All Blackboard course shells must be requested using this form. All Blackboard course shell requests must be submitted minimally two weeks prior to the start of the semester. If no request is made by this time, the faculty member will receive either a department standard Blackboard course shell (if available) or a blank course shell.
