Tutoring Request Form

Our policy: Tutoring is a support service and not a substitute for course instruction. The tutor will help the students to the best of his/her ability, however the students are responsible for the grades they receive in class. Students must also be currently enrolled in and actively attending the ACCC course for which they are requesting tutoring.

It is the students' responsibility to notify the tutoring office, at 609-343-5631, if they cannot attend scheduled tutoring sessions or no longer need tutoring services. Efforts will be made to accommodate all student requests, but specific content courses may require more time to obtain a tutor.
